Pierre de Coubertin Stadium

A legend…
Reputed for its warm and cosy atmosphere, the Pierre de Coubertin stadium is a top destination for sports-fans, but also anyone who enjoys a good show. Founded for the 1937 World Fair, the stadium was bombed intensively in the late 30s and subsequently rebuilt in the post-war era.
From the 50s to the 70s the stadium's reputation developed thanks to the top-level boxing matches organised there. After a string of events (boxing, karate, judo, fencing, dance, handball…) the Paris basketball tram, Paris Basket Racing, decided to make this their home court.
The Stadium can accommodate up to 4 836 spectators, seated, and many more standing.
